It was jolly cold up on the Moor but pony people are hardy types and we had plenty of visitors for the April Open Day.
Naturally, the ponies were the centre of attention, even though rides had to be in the barn instead of the field because of the weather.
But hot carrot and lentil soup was on offer in the Green Room, together with home-made cakes and we are keeping our fingers crossed for some warmer weather for our next open day.
